At Modatope, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Item(s) purchased from modatope.com. We cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds for purchases made through Amazon or other retailers.

Order Cancellation

Orders placed on modatope.com can be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase.

If the order has entered the handling & processing stage, a $6.95 restocking fee will apply.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery..
  • Only one return request may be submitted per order.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the original packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A $6.95 restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or lost shipments.
  • Return shipping costs and restocking fees will be waived if we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective.
  • Gift cards and items marked Final Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If your shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment with the carrier.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
  3. Wait for return authorization and the appropriate return address from our customer service team.

Securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it using a trackable shipping method.
