Item(s) purchased from modatope.com. We cannot assist with refunds from other retailers or websites.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed on modatope.com can be canceled within 2 hours without any charges. If the order has entered the handling & processing stage, a $6.95 restocking fee will apply.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of shipment.
- Second returns are not accepted.
- Items must be in unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the original packaging.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- A $6.95 restocking fee applies to all returns, except in cases of incorrect, damaged, or lost shipments.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or lost.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will provide the appropriate return address.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the provided address.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 2 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
- For an exchange, please email support@modatope.com with your order details.
Return Address
