Shipping Information

Our warehouse processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

For expedited orders to be included in same-day shipping computations, they must be placed by NOON ET.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, and DHL.

Note: Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping.

Pre-order products require 10 business days to be produced before shipping.

All processing and shipping times are based on business days (Monday-Friday).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost after shipment, we will assist you in locating or replacing your purchase.

  • A package is considered lost if:
    • It is marked delivered to the wrong location.
    • It is marked delivered, but you have not received it within 2 business days.
    • It is stuck in the logistics system for more than 5 business days.

Resolution options:

  • We will investigate and attempt to recover your package.
  • If unsuccessful, we offer a refund (via original payment method or gift card).
  • If you agree, we can reship the item or provide a replacement of the same value.

Processing Time: Please allow 3-4 business days for a representative to assist you.

Claim Deadline:

  • Missing package claims must be submitted within 45 days of the order date.
  • For other order-related issues, contact us within 90 days of the order date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

To process claims for incorrect or damaged items, you must record a video and take photos upon opening the package as proof.

Resolution options:

  • If you received the wrong item or a severely damaged item, we will issue a full refund.
  • If an item is missing, you can choose a partial refund or reshipment + a special discount coupon.
  • We do not cover damage caused by improper handling or intentional misuse.
